**_Responsibilities will include:_**
- To act in accordance with the Canopius claims vision: "to continually push the boundaries of customer excellence through an empowered, collaborative and innovative approach to claims; to be the envy of the market".
- Be a reassuring and friendly advisor to businesses caught up in the crisis that is a cyber incident.
- Regularly coordinate with Team Leaders in London, UK and Chicago, USA to continually improve the incident response service.
- Provide feedback to the Cyber Claims Manager and Underwriters on all aspects of cyber incidents and threat trends whilst continuously look for better ways to assist our policyholders with responding to cyber incidents in order to drive changes that add value to our policyholders and Canopius.
- Assist the Cyber Claims Manager with managing relationships with key external stakeholders (Coverholders, panel service providers, brokers, etc) and develop their own relationships.

**_Essential Skills and Experience:_**
- Experience in handling cyber incident response, possibly with past experience as a breach coach or IT forensics. Beneficial, but not essential, qualifications would include legal qualifications, CISSP, IT forensics or similar.
- Demonstrate project management skills and an ability to mentor a growing team as well as working in an international space. Any project management qualifications will be taken into consideration.
