Incident Response Cyber Security Manager

We are seeking a seasoned cyber security professional to oversee the management of incident response within an esteemed institution.
- Direct, mentor and develop a team of cyber security specialists, ensuring timely and effective incident detection, response and resolution.
- Coordinate and manage complex security incidents across the organisation, serving as the primary escalation point for high-impact events.
- Design and implement incident response frameworks and processes aligned with industry best practices.
Key requirements include:
- Conduct proactive threat intelligence and support defensive measures.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and contractual compliance.
- Oversee crisis management initiatives, working closely with business continuity and disaster recovery teams.
About you:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cyber security, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience working within a SOC environment is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of incident response, threat intelligence, digital forensics and cyber security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001).
