SilverChef is looking for a driven Legal Recoveries Officer to join our Collections team and manage a portfolio of entities classified as 'legal' cases. The majority of your portfolio will consist of customers with an arrears position that requires assistance from legal advisors to resolve. You will be pivotal in liaising with our customers, third parties, collections partners, and external legal partners to ensure the best outcome for both SilverChef and the customer.

You will be

Driven to achieve desired outcomes for contracts that are in arrears for both SilverChef and the customers
Confident and resilient, exercising your sound commercial judgment and business acumen in the resolutions of contracts and arrears
Decisive and able to make sound decisions quickly
A great communicator, able to relate to customers and other stakeholders
Analytical with a strong knowledge of the Australian commercial litigation and insolvency legislation
Responsible for monitoring and managing SilverChef's Legal partners to ensure they are taking timely and effective action on accounts assigned to them
