ROSTER:5:2 (This role is Residential, no FIFO)PACKAGE:Salary + Performance Bonus + Residential Allowance + Site Allowance + Family Private Health Insurance + Death and TPD Coverage or Allowance + Mental Health Programs + Gym Membership Discount + Other BenefitsABOUT THE ROLEAs a Procurement Officer at Norton Gold Fields, you will engage with internal/ external stakeholders to provide expertise that support strategic business objectives, including but not limited to expediting, logistics, contract management, procurement activities, and category management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGPreparing and distributing tender documentation and purchase orders for high-value items.Overseeing the evaluation of bids and ensuring orders align with specifications.Ensuring timely delivery by coordinating with logistics companies.Identifying cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising quality.Building strong supplier relationships to maximize business contributions.Providing vital support for the Binduli project and coordinating spare parts delivery.Any other duties as required.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDExperience in a similar role, preferably within the resources sector.Qualification in Commerce or relevant field is highly regarded.Experience using Pronto is highly regarded.Competent user of MS office suite and other relevant supply chain software and applications.Ability and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.BENEFITSPermanent full-time role with immediate start.Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.
$12k residential allowance per annum.10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary.Fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or an allowance of $4.8k.
