**Cleansing Team Member**

Citywide are recruiting for **Cleansing Team Members** to join our team working on the Maribyrnong City Council Contract. In this role your time will be split between litter picking duties (week 1) and high pressure cleaning duties (week 2).
- High Pressure Washing - Mon to Fri - 3am to 11.06am, Saturday 12.30pm to 4.30pm
- Litter picking - Mon to Fri - 4am to 12.06pm
- Duties rotate on weekly basis - Week 1 Litter/Week 2 High Pressure Washing
- Brooklyn Depot

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Litter picking around Footscray CBD, Yarraville precinct, Seddon shopping locations, Footscray West areas
- Wiping bins
- Operating equipment such as petrol/electric blowers and high pressure washers
- Operating vehicles such as mini sweeper and Ute with trailer
- Unloading collected rubbish at the Transfer Station
- Assisting with leaf removal (seasonal)
- Working with a Sweeper driver with the collection of litter and hard rubbish

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable)
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence (HR Desirable)
- Ability to drive a Ute with trailer
- Able to work on public holidays
- Good communication skills
