Our Australian operation located in Kilcoy, (one hour north-west of Brisbane) is the largest Grain Fed Beef Producer in Australia and our corporate office is based in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

**Due to continued growth in our Australian Business, we are searching for our next STAR Finance Graduate,**

You will be participating in an exciting, and innovative Finance Graduate programme. This program has been designed to help you to develop, learn, train, and grow into a financial professional within a large finance team. What this means for you is that working with professionally qualified accountants, be provided with business knowledge, professional skills, and ongoing support to be the best you can be.

Ultimately, this program will provide you with an understanding that Finance plays a key role across all aspects of our business; you will gain this knowledge through the following functions:

- **_An introduction to core foundations of Finance_**:

- **_Management and financial accounting (corporate and statutory)_**:

- **_Operational Accounting (manufacturing)_**:

- **_Financial planning and analysis (commercial)_**

This is a 3-year programme. You will predominantly be based at our corporate office in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast. However, you will spend time based at our Production Plant at Kilcoy, to help you gain an overall understanding of KGF.

Through the programme, you will rotate annually through core functional finance areas of Accounting, Operations Finance and FP&A building depth and breadth of experience and equipping the individual with the required skillset to forge a successful career in finance.

- Qualifications | Bachelor of Commerce | Accounting Major and/or Finance, Economics.
- Eligible for CA | CPA - KGF will fund accounting qualification.
