About the Opportunity

This 12-month graduate program is designed to provide a supportive environment where you can develop skills and expertise in various business areas.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to meaningful projects and solutions that have a lasting impact on our community.

The program includes rotations across different business areas, such as treasury analysis, commercial analysis, economics, policy, accounting, statistics, and more.

This opportunity provides valuable experience and exposure to complex issues, allowing you to develop your capabilities and make sound recommendations.

Your Experience
  • Treasury analysts: Monitor financial and non-financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide advice on financial and economic policy matters.
  • Commercial analysts: Provide strategic financial and commercial advice, undertake research and analysis, and make recommendations.
  • Economists: Review, analyse, and contribute to advice on economic policy matters, provide data interpretation, and model economic impact.
  • Policy officers: Conduct research, analyse policy issues, prepare and present findings, and assist in preparing submissions and briefing materials.
  • Accountants: Assist in financial policy development, provide accounting advice, and contribute to whole-of-government financial management.
  • Statisticians: Process, analyse, and report surveys and administrative data, provide statistical information, and design and implement statistical systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work on meaningful projects and contribute to solutions.
  • Develop capabilities and skills through rotations.
  • Provide high-quality services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse complex issues and make sound recommendations.
Requirements

To be eligible, you must be a recent graduate (within the last two years) or due to graduate soon, and an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident.
