About the role - Katherine position
This is an exciting opportunity to join Katherine Toyota as a full-time Vehicle Salesperson/Trainee in our Katherine, Northern Territory showroom. As a Vehicle Salesperson/Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales for our prestigious car brand. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are passionate about the automotive industry.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles to prospective customers
Identifying customer needs and requirements to match them with the appropriate vehicle
Negotiating sales and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Ensuring a tidy and organised showroom to create a positive customer experience
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the local market and a good understanding of the Katherine region
A valid driver's licence and the ability to conduct test drives
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
