We're seeking a recent or soon to be Graduate to join our team in Canberra. In this role you'll deliver insights that enhance performance and ensure compliance. You'll support businesses by conducting data-driven audits and building reliable, transparent systems that promote trust and sustainability.

Description of the role
You'll work with clients to understand challenges, deliver practical recommendations, and contribute to assurance and internal audits engagements across public sector projects. You will gain exposure to the full engagement lifecycle from scoping through to presenting findings.
Responsibilities
Work alongside clients in workshops and interviews to understand their challenges and explore solutions
Create practical, value-adding recommendations that help clients improve systems, processes and culture
Support the design and delivery of assurance and internal audits engagements across a variety of public sector projects
Evaluate governance, risk and compliance frameworks to understand how organisations really operate
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for change
Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives, shaping how we deliver services to our clients
Gain exposure to the full engagement lifecycle — from scoping, planning, fieldwork, reporting through to presenting findings and recommendations
Qualifications
You are currently studying (or recently completed) a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or similar, with an interest in accounting, audit, public sector or governance
You have a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
You have clear communication skills and a willingness to learn
You have strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
You are an Australian Citizen
