As a seasoned Technology Controls & Assurance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing extensive experience in technology risk, controls, and assurance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide control testing, identify gaps, and deliver remediation strategies aligned with the firm's risk appetite and objectives.">
  • Demonstrate understanding of audit/assurance and risk assessment processes, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001/2.">
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes on time.">
  • Communicate effectively and deliver meaningful reports, engaging and influencing stakeholders toward positive outcomes.">
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster an innovative culture.">
  • Collaborate across teams and reimagine possibilities for clients and stakeholders.">

Your Impact:

  • Contribute to development, documentation, approval, implementation, and testing of technology, security, and data controls.">
  • Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with the Control Assurance Framework; identify gaps and propose improvements.">
  • Work with control owners to identify gaps and strengthen the control environment.">
  • Escalate and report risks, control weaknesses, incidents, and issues outside of risk appetite.">
  • Lead Quality Management for Service Excellence Assurance (Objective 11 Technological Resources), including identifying QSME systems and tools, associated infrastructure, ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with IT controls, escalating/resolving risk matters, and driving enhancements to technology controls and assurance frameworks and practices.">
