Our Client Woodside an Energy Operator in Perth CBD are currently seeking 4 x Inventory Controllers to join them for 10-month contracts.

To ensure safe, reliable and efficient management of inventory to meet the forecast requirements of internal business partners to enable planned and emergent activities within agreed KPIs.

**Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintain stocking strategies and inventory rulesets
- Maintain min/max levels and safety stock
- Identify and address potential issues such as stock-outs
- Monitor and address MRP exceptions
- Address inventory enquiries from stakeholders
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders including maintenance, warehousing and purchasing team to promote inventory optimisation
- Support rotable refurbishment process
- Process master data updates for new and existing materials and support phase out of obsolete materials
- Ensure capital spares are purchased and serialised through correct processes
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure materials are tracked for delivery on time, identifying and addressing actual & potential issues
- Ensure inventory compliance with Joint Venture requirements
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs on monthly or ad-hoc basis as needed
- Assist in the resolution of audit queries
- Technical qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience with SAP Materials Management, managing inventory and materials master data in oil and gas or similar asset intensive industry
- Inventory categorization and optimization within complex supply network
- Good understanding of warehousing and distribution
- Good data management and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical aptitude with ability to analyse and interpret data to substantiate decision making
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to respond to changing organizational requirements and multiple priorities
- Technical competencies as defined by the Logistics Technical Competency Framework
- Leadership competencies as defined by the Woodside Leadership Expectations for the applicable job level
