**About the role**:
We're looking for a dynamic **Media & Marketing Coordinator** base in **Melbourne** to support our** marketing team** in delivering impactful campaigns across Hit, TripleM, LiSTNR, and SCA Trade Brands. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to gain experience in a range of areas; everything from media bookings and campaign management to event support and reporting. You'll also assist with creative projects, update websites, process invoices, and manage media schedules across various platforms. You'll collaborate with a wide range of team members and stakeholders working in a fun and supportive environment.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide broad support to the marketing team across media, trade, consumer, and campaign activities.
- Assist with campaign administration, including project management, material instruction, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
- Help manage design and video projects.
- Support the preparation and execution of trade events, occasionally involving out-of-hours work (with time in lieu).
- Process purchase orders and invoices.
- Handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, including tech and logistics support, and assist the leadership team with travel and meeting coordination.
- Update and maintain SCA websites with current information.
- Oversee media buying and manage campaign delivery across paid and owned channels.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of campaigns, including media scheduling, booking, and tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure proper execution of campaign materials and contribute creative ideas for media optimization.

**Experience we're looking for**:

- Experience in agency or in-house marketing/media role
- Broad understanding of the media landscape, offline and online
- Tertiary or related qualifications in marketing or similar discipline.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Most importantly - a positive attitude and growth mindset
