We have a new opportunity for a Strategy & Analytics Manager who has a passion for data and analytics.

In this role you will be responsible for influencing and shaping the strategy for the Collections division. The role will include analysis of the Collections portfolios and insights to drive improved performance.

As a Strategy & Analytics Manager you will:
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key operations and performance metrics.- Organise and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.- Drive and encourage change to improve call centre and business efficiencies- Lead and manage process improvements and projects as required

Skills and Experience:
- Substantial experience within similar role- Experience working directly with clients and providers- Attention to detail- Outstanding Analytical skills- Ability to analyse data and implement change through this data- Sound business acumen- Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers
