Operations Analyst

Our team is undergoing a major transformation and growth period. We are looking for a passionate Operations Analyst to join our Melbourne-based team.
This position presents an exceptional opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and internationally expanding business while working in a motivated and ambitious culture built around autonomy and results.
**Your Role**:
- Provide detailed driven reports for clients based on their portfolios investments and returns.
- Audit operational performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Analyse and reconcile inflows and outflows of financial transactions including deposits/withdrawals, ensuring information is always up to date and accurate.
- Maintain oversight of listed digital currency token migrations across networks and prepare for any operational changes required
- Create operational reports, documentation and updates on internal procedures
- Flexibility to perform other financial operational and support duties as required by the business
**Requirements**:
**Your Qualifications**:
- A degree within a related discipline (preferably financial services related)
- An entrepreneurial, hardworking, self-starter with initiative and a desire to keep improving every day
- Strong math aptitude, numerical and quantitative analysis skills
- Passionate about cryptocurrencies and the future of financial markets
- Experience in producing and analysing financial reports
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
