**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is a **Permanent position on Dayshift, sportsman's roster,**DIDO from our **Worsley Alumina Boddington Bauxite mine**, which is a short drive from Boddington (15 minutes), Pinjarra (45 minutes) Mandurah (60 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities

You will be responsible for leading and supporting frontline drilling crews to safely deliver the mine plan, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a strong safety culture.

**Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to**:

- Monitoring performance, identifying risks, and optimising equipment use
- Verifying safe, compliant drilling practices across the team
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on planning and productivity targets
- Supporting and mentoring team members to grow capability and confidence

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Leading operational teams safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Identifying hazards, making sound decisions, and responding to challenges proactively
- Communicating clearly and confidently across all levels, with inclusive leadership
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications for this position are**:

- Hold a current 'C' class driver's license.
- Schedule26 Statutory Supervisor appointment
- (Desirable) Cert III or IV in Drilling Operations
- Proficiency in the exploration drilling area with a minimum experience of 2-4 years leading people
- Detailed knowledge of procedures related exploration drilling or similar.
