About the Role

We are seeking experienced Drilling Supervisors to join top-tier contractors operating on major gold, lithium, and iron ore projects across Australia. These roles are ideal for supervisors who excel in structured, high-performance environments.

In this position, you will lead drilling crews in dynamic settings, ensuring safe operations, optimal productivity, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise drilling crews across large-scale mine sites
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and site standards
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and daily operational planning
  • Liaise with client and site management to ensure job specifications are met
  • Monitor rig performance and manage breakdowns and maintenance coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and shift reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate IV in Drilling Operations (essential)
  • Previous experience as a Drilling Supervisor or Leading Hand on Tier 1 sites
  • Strong safety-first mindset and working knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Confident leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Current manual driver's licence and the ability to pass pre-employment medicals
