Exceptional opportunity for a suitably experienced, enthusiastic and driven General Manager who has the energy to motivate and lead an incredibly successful and growing specialist international forwarder which would see you managing both operations whilst also putting your sales craft to use on a weekly basis

This newly created position will see you reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking responsibility for the day to day running of this International forwarder. You will be in a position to provide advice, review current processes and procedures and ensure the continued growth and success of this specialist forwarder.

To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Recent position as a General Manager within the Australian international forwarding industry.
- Strong Seafreight & Airfreight forwarding experience.
- The ability to work well and lead a team to bring new ideas to life
- Confident in your ability to take charge of a very well established business
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for Sales and Global operations
