We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff at our busy cookie shop. Our shop prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality baked goods. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Bake cookies throughout the day
- Operate cash register
- Help customers choose from a variety of cookies and answer questions
- Uphold health and safety standards, including food preparation and handling procedures
- Clean deeply and thoroughly the shop after each shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Flexibility to work at our Hawthorn/Windsor/CBD shop when needed.
- Looking for 3 to 5 shifts per week (5 hours shifts).

This will be a casual role, covered by the award rates.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
