**About the Role**
Playing a vital role ensuring the head office's day to day activities run smoothly, as part of our People Culture and Training Team, this exciting new role will drive the following key activities:

- Providing support for all aspects of the head office administration and coordination function
- Assisting the People Culture & Training Team with new starters onboarding and induction processes and their IT requirements
- Managing stationery, IT and office assets, and company printer maintenance/services
- Liaising with external service providers and stakeholders such as agent/lessor and cleaners
- Liaising with Senior management regularly to ensure professional office support is provided and ad hoc duties are attended to
- Organising travel by booking and managing the accommodation and reservation needs as required
- Creating, Maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets to enable effective reporting on office activities

**About You**
To be successful in this role you have:

- Proven record as administration coordinator with (desirable) construction industry experience
- Strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail and an organised focus
- Capable of prioritisign and working to deadlines
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and the ability to listen
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and electronic filing
- Team player with a growth mindset
