**Field Inventory Specialist**:

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role partners with internal stakeholders to maintain the integrity of inventory data through the management of all aspects of field inventory management. Including; stock reconciliation, movement transactions, inventory compliance reporting and general enquiries. The key focus of this role is to provide both internal and external customers a high level of service and support.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Perform reconciliation of scheduled consignment inventory counts by providing field staff with the necessary information which will assist in maintaining product traceability & count accuracy.
- Effectively manage enquiries from internal customers through a range of different communication methods
- Providing a high level of service and responsiveness with all enquiries including but not limited to troubleshooting product discrepancies, resolving problem returns and transactional issues
- Prepare inventory compliance reports as required
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues
- Maintain documentation in accordance with quality and financial audit requirements
- To represent Boston Scientific values and perform your role with integrity
- Work in adherence to quality and compliance processes
- Quality System Requirement: In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Providing office operational support to the field team. Being office based, this role will require receipting and distribution/communication of package arrivals, shipping of product between branches and other administrative support to the field team based in the Melbourne office.
- Periodic travel to Sydney office for training and other company events.
