Job Title: Inventory Specialist

This role involves performing cycle counts for inventory across the state of NSW, coordinating access to hospital departments and managing short-dated or expired stock.

  • Perform regular cycle counts for inventory based on a pre-defined schedule
  • Coordinate access to hospital departments with stakeholders
  • Manage short-dated or expired stock with commercial teams
  • Remove inventory from hospitals and ship back to the warehouse as needed
  • Assist in reconciliation of inventory cycle counts by providing internal stakeholders with necessary information
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with quality and audit requirements
  • Represent company values and perform the role with integrity

The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly and able to work in a team environment. They should be self-managed and autonomous, able to operate under limited supervision on routine work and new assignments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The successful candidate will contribute to a positive team environment, maintain accurate records and represent company values. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with commercial teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
