**Your Role**

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Providing personalised service**: Assist patients in selecting eyewear that complements their lifestyle and vision needs.
- ** Supporting advanced care**: Help with pre-testing and learn about our specialised services like Ortho-K and vision therapy.
- ** Managing transactions**: Process health fund claims and ensure smooth financial operations.
- ** Collaborating with the team**: Work closely with optometrists and colleagues to achieve practice goals.
