**Currently work in a 5-star environment? Are tired of the shift work? Well, this may be the role for you Some of the qualities we are looking for are**:

- Experience in 5-star hotels or top-end retail or hospitality
- Experience servicing VIP and Executive-Level guests in a professional manner
- Ability to work autonomously, while being self-motivated and driven
- Attentive ability to anticipate client needs
- Discretion and confidentiality and the ability to build a high-level service in an efficient manner
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- A professional and respectful manner
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in high volume environments
- A team player who also has the ability to work without supervision and uses their initiative
- Full Victorian drivers' licence with a clear drivers record

You will add value to the brand by providing outstanding customer service in an efficient & friendly manner - creating that welcoming environment. Engaging with customers to show passion in the Volkswagen brand you will also focus on the operations of the dealership, assisting both customers and staff in achieving great customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
