**About Us**:
Abbotsford Food Hall is a major catering service provider to Jarrah Catering. Our delicious food is inspired by native and traditional produce, and we take pride in our own unique fusion of flavours.

We are seeking a Catering Sales Assistant to work on a casual basis for an immediate start.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone in their final years studying at University or just starting out in the industry.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Exception customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion in the event and hospitality field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a positive attitude
- Problem solving skills
- An outcome driven approach to performance and results
- Ability to work under pressure and fluent in English

**Main Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming client calls and enquiries
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Work closely with other departments in the business (kitchen/chefs, operations team, logistics team, senior management)
