Job Summary
A Construction Project Leader is required to oversee the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Select and engage consultants to produce construction documentation.
Coordinate the documentation process with consultants and manage client expectations during the design and construction process.
Run project meetings, follow up on issues raised by consultants, and hand over documentation to the construction team for assistance during construction.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Leadership role. Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential, and experience within the ECI and Tender Phase as well as the Construction & Delivery Phase is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
