But what is the role about? Well, as the Digital Administrator, you will join their team to assist in delivering large-scale training programs to their government and private sector clients.

Ok What does that actually mean? Well, due to this organisation heading on a huge trajectory up working with a large amount of clients. They need you to step in and help make sure everything runs in a smooth and functioning fashion.

This means assisting the facilitators and people involved with digital support platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom and Skype (remember skype?). This can be by assisting them before a program begins and also being there supporting them along the way in case anything goes wrong. Which means that being a problem solver/trouble-shooter with a focus on user/client experience is essential.

Most importantly though, is having the right attitude. The team you are joining is a collaborative and energetic team that loves to provide the best quality service for their clients. Respect for all people is so important to this organisation and they want to ensure that every voice is heard.
