About the RoleReporting to the Distribution Manager, you will:Lead, coach and mentor a team to deliver strong results Drive a strong safety-first culture across the shift.Manage daily workflow to achieve KPIs and on-time delivery Support operational excellence and process improvements.Engage and motivate a culturally diverse workforceSupport operational excellence and process improvementsUse warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure best practicesThis is a full-time role on the AM shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) at our Forrestfield siteAbout youWe're seeking a motivated leader who brings:Experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.Proven safety leadership with examples of risk management and WHS compliance.Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced DC environment.WMS operating knowledge (Infios preferred but not required) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated understanding of hazard identification, incident management and investigation.Strong communication and people skills to build engagement and collaboration.If you've led teams and want to grow into a senior leadership career, this is your chance.
