- **Strong leadership & organisational skills**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in GP **medical practice management**:

- Ability to **optimise clinic operations & patient experience**:

- A passion for **team-building and high-quality healthcare**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in clinic management software (Best Practice).

Pay is commesurate of experience.
