Avant's Medico-legal Advisory Service (MLAS) provides expert advice to help minimise the chance of a complaint or claim occurring. - Providing first-class telephone and written medico-legal advice to members.
- Providing support to the Avant Law and claims teams and other staff on medico-legal and health law matters.
- Giving presentations to members and staff and writing website content, articles and other member communications on relevant topics.

- Relevant tertiary legal qualifications.
- Eligible to hold a practising certificate as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
- Demonstrated post admission experience in health law is preferred
