Leadership Role in Property Law

We are seeking a seasoned property lawyer to assume a senior leadership position within our organization.

About the Opportunity
  • Lead and support a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers
  • Provide strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements
  • Ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements and internal policies

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing legal teams, excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, and expertise in compliance, risk management, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other leaders to lead and support a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers
  • Provide strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements
  • Ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements and internal policies
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development
  • Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, particularly real estate and financial partners

Requirements
  • 5 - 8+ years PAE in property law with a principal practicing certificate (or ability to obtain one)
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing legal teams in a dynamic regulatory environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and business success
