**About Us**:
Chiki Chan is a vibrant Modern Asian Fusion restaurant located in Mordialloc, Victoria. We are seeking a dependable Kitchen Hand to join our team and ensure our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a Kitchen Hand at Chiki Chan, you will be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure a clean and hygienic environment. Your role is essential in supporting the kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring all kitchenware is thoroughly cleaned.
- Wash, scrub, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
- Assist with disposing of waste and recycling.
- Support the kitchen team with general cleaning tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
