Part-Time Receptionist | Hanes Australasia | Pyrmont
We are currently searching for a Receptionist to join our head office in Pyrmont on a part-time basis, during the hours of 1-5pm, Monday-Friday. We're looking for a friendly, approachable, and organised person who's excited to be an instrumental member of some of Australia's most iconic brands.
**A day in the life of our Receptionist**:
As a Receptionist at Hanes, no two days are the same Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls to the Pyrmont office in a timely, polite, and professional manner/ Directing phone queries to the relevant person
- Greeting all incoming visitors / signing all visitors in and out of visitor logbooks and issuing visitor passes in line with safety requirements
- Receiving and directing all incoming mail, including courier deliveries / managing outgoing deliveries
- General office administration, including ordering stationary, processing invoices/credit card expenses, and car park support
- Office management, including liaising with the building manager on office maintenance concerns, maintaining contractor management, and ensuring cleanliness
What experience do I have?
We are open to applicants with varying degrees of experience, but you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy, with HIPS and Promaster experience being a bonus
- Strong multitasking ability, with great time management skills
