**Coding and Robotics Instructor (Casual) - Junior Engineers**

**About Us**:
Established in 2013, Junior Engineers delivers high-quality coding and robotics programs to school students from Prep to Year 10. With a strong focus on setting students up for future success in technology, we offer an engaging and comprehensive syllabus taught in over 60 schools across Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, and New South Wales, in partnership with Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) providers.

**The Role**:
We are looking for passionate university students, graduates, tutors, teachers, and professionals with backgrounds in computer science, engineering, software/IT, mechatronics, or related fields to join us as casual instructors. You will teach children aged 14 and under basic coding and robotics skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Junior Engineers provides comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development to help you stay updated in technology, programming, and robotics education.

**Requirements**:

- No prior tutoring experience is required, but a passion for educating children is essential
- Proficiency in programming and a keen interest in technology
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, or school holidays
- Dedication to providing an excellent learning experience for kids

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Arduino coding and robotics
- Scratch coding
- Small Basic coding
- Python coding

**Locations**:
We run our programs in multiple locations across Australia, with the option for online teaching as well.
