**About the role**

Salsify is looking for a junior Sales Associate to join our Sales team in our Sydney office. In this position you will play an important role in our sales cycle as the first point of contact for prospects and current customers. As an energetic and motivated contributor, you will support your peers, Sales account executives, and Marketing to generate strong leads and qualified prospects,

This is a casual role with flexible hours and suited to anyone wanting to start their career in sales or account management.

This role is based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Learn Salsify's value proposition and customer stories to create interest in our prospects and develop great business conversations through outreach
- Support Sales to identify and qualify our next ideal customer
- Learn outbound prospecting techniques and execute qualifying leads to help the Sales team consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
- Log activity consistently and reliably in the Customer Relationship Management tools - Salesforce and Podio
- Collaborate with our Account Executives to develop strategy and strengthen a highly convertible pipeline
- Execute successful follow up on marketing tasks such as webinars, campaigns, and qualified contacts a weekly basis

- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has an organised and disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
- Is enthusiastic and self-starting

**Salary**: $28.50 - $31.00 per hour
