This mid-level role is perfect for someone who combines fresh ideas with on-brand design - and knows how to create eye-catching clickable content.
Working closely with the Creative & Content Lead, Creative Team, and broader Marketing Team you'll bring BAU and campaign content to life: across web, email, ads, socials, and print.
While helping ensure our brand remains visually consistent and elevated.ResponsibilitiesDesign on-brand assets for EDMs, website, paid ads, and organic contentExecute web-ready creative across desktop, mobile, and tablet - ensuring designs are optimised for user experience and performanceContribute creative ideation - staying aligned with Koh's look & feelCollaborate across departments to produce high-quality design for BAU, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensuring delivery is on time and to briefManage and retouch product and eCommerce photography to optimise for websiteContribute packaging design and print collateral (when required)Use Figma as a key tool for design and collaborationAttend and support product shoots, guiding execution with brand consistencyManage multiple deadlines with efficiency, detail, and creativityKnowledge, Skills and Experience3+ years in a graphic design role, ideally eCommerce or retailProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience using Figma for design and collaborationStrong understanding of email, web, paid and organic creative best practicesExperience in photo editing and retouching, especially for eComm/product imageryAbility to balance creativity with brand consistency and commercial outcomesComfortable working under pressure, with multiple projects and fast-paced deadlinesTeam-first mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience designing for Shopify or Shopify PlusMotion graphics or video editing for digital campaignsPerksEnjoy complimentary Koh products and receive discount codes for family and friendsPrime Bondi Junction location with epic viewsMonthly team lunches & early Friday finishesBe part of a growing, mission-driven Aussie brand that's doing good for people and the planetDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: RetailWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
