We're seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join our innovative squads and spearhead our journey towards excellence As the Agile Delivery Lead you will be helping the team maximise business value, drive continuous improvements and be responsible for ensuring the team delivers to its commitments in a safe and productive environment. This role is based out of our Sydney CBD office with hybrid working arrangements available.

**What you'll do**:

- Ensure squad maximises business value.
- Accountable for driving agile values, principles, and behaviours and creating a high performing, continuously improving delivery culture.
- Facilitate scrum rituals including daily stand-ups, backlog review, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Lead planning activities and define actionable metrics that support the development of a high-performing team and remove inhibitors to flow.
- Provide transparency and visibility for all work of the squad to the team and its stakeholders.
- Support the Product Manager and Product Owner to communicate their goals and desired outcome/s to the Development team.

**What we're looking for**:
We seek an agilist with a demonstrated history of successful technology delivery as well as a focus on driving a culture of continuous improvement. Someone who is well versed across Agile methodologies, acting as a catalyst for change and championing Agile principles to enhance team understanding and performance. Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to delegate, anticipate risks, and utilise tools like JIRA for effective workflow management, are essential attributes we're looking for.
