As a Technical Lead at Prezzee, you'll drive engineering excellence by guiding a team of developers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions across multiple tech stacks.
You'll lead by example—shaping architecture, writing clean code, and managing CI/CD pipelines and production releases.You'll champion best practices, embed a DevOps mindset, and ensure your team is set up for success through strong technical leadership and collaboration.
If you have a passion for innovation, people leadership, and building products that scale globally, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.What You'll Be Doing:Key Responsibilities:Ability to design and build expert-level codeDesign & write unit, API/Contract and behavioral testsPull request cross-team approver and arbitratorEncourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvementSet and ensure adoption of coding, quality, accessibility and secure code standardsEvangelise DevOps best practices, keep up with modern tooling and ensure business and team alignmentAssist in providing technical leadership and support to your team of engineersComplete people related tasks including 1 on 1s, performance reviews, performance discussions & moreShow genuine care for the career development of your individual team membersActively participate in team collaboration sessions e.g. tech forums, brown bags, strategy meetingsCollaborate with other teams as necessary to deliver software engineering solutionsAt times partake in interviews and help attract & select world class talent to join PrezzeeWhat We're Looking For:Core SkillsProven experience in native iOS development using Swift, with strong knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS app lifecycleSolid experience in native Android development using Kotlin, including deep understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack Compose, and the Android lifecycleStrong track record of integrating REST or GraphQL APIs on both platformsExperience embedding or integrating responsive web content into native mobile applicationsProficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiar with CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in Agile development environmentsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as lead teamsDemonstrated ability to make technical decisions, provide mentorship, and ensure code quality across platformsExperience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) or cross-platform mobile developmentExposure to web technologies such as ReactJS and TypeScriptFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience writing unit and integration tests for both Android and iOSComfortable leading and collaborating with remote and distributed teamsWhy Join Us?
