**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
As a Test Coordinator, you will be required to execute tasks within the testing phases of operational and development activities including managed software deployments, large-scale upgrades of Standard Operating Environments (SOE), and coordination/facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the expected timeframes.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Coordinate and conduct testing of managed software deployments and related user acceptance testing activities within expected timeframes.
- Take ownership of issues identified during testing to ensure timely resolution and feedback to stakeholders.
- Under supervision, deliver and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases using industry proven test tools.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience or knowledge of manual software test processes.
- An ACT Government CMTEDD Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve immediate problems for customers, but also proactively put solutions in place to prevent issues from re-occurring.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous.
