Job Title: Test and Evaluation Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Test and Evaluation Manager.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the delivery of Land Combat Support capabilities, working closely with stakeholders across the Defence enterprise.

About the Role

The Test and Evaluation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting test and evaluation activities for Land Combat Support capabilities. This includes developing and implementing test and evaluation master plans, providing advice on test methodology and evaluating the effectiveness of test activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and experience in a range of areas, including test and evaluation management, project management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test and evaluation master plans for Land Combat Support capabilities
  • Provide advice on test methodology and evaluate the effectiveness of test activities
  • Coordinate and conduct test and evaluation activities, including data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Defence enterprise to ensure effective communication and coordination of test and evaluation activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science or mathematics
  • Proven experience in test and evaluation management, project management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
