This role will require you to put your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of the NDIS participants on your caseload and foster the development of others in the team.

**Our ACT team provides supports to cover NDIS participants living in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong, Gunning, Yass, Gundaroo, Belconnen, Jerrabombera & surrounding areas.**

You will...
- Provide operational and clinical support pending discipline
- Deliver much needed therapy services to participants in the community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments, and interpret findings, to formulate treatment goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

**Qualifications**
To be considered suitable you will have:

- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
- Current full registration or unrestricted membership with the applicable national professional body in Australia for your field of qualification
- Proven ability to effectively lead and support allied health professionals in the development of their clinical skills
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new idea
- Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
