Job Title: Allied Health Team Lead

The organization is seeking an experienced Allied Health Team Lead to oversee a team of allied health professionals in supporting students access and participate in education across public schools. This key leadership role requires strong operational management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team of interprofessional staff.

The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Profession, current registration with AHPRA, and a minimum of five years' experience as an allied health professional.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing an interprofessional team of allied health professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health Profession
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of five years' experience as an allied health professional

Working Arrangements:

  • Temporary position available immediately for 12 months with possibility of permanency
  • ACT driver's license and use of own vehicle for work purposes
