Receptionist/Office Allrounder
Get Chauffeured is now searching for another motivated, passionate individual to join the already dynamic team located in Castle Hill, NSW.
Get Chauffeured has been one of Sydney's leading ground transport agencies for over 19 years. We are a small, dedicated team of professionals who genuinely love what we do. We have set ourselves aside from every other company by paying close attention to every detail and thinking two steps ahead as we learn the highest level of trust from our clients.

We are looking for someone with:
- _**PRIOR OFFICE ADMIN EXPERIENCE**:_This is a must - As a lot of these roles will include common tasks such as making/receieving calls, general computer knowledge, use with Microsoft programs, use with a Mac, strong organisational skills, ability to work in a team.
- **Customer service skills that are above and beyond** Someone who has direct experience within the customer service or hospitality industry that understands the high expectations of customers. Specifically, someone with confidence and experience communicating effectively over the phone with customers.
- **Phone experience is a must** - As there is a high volume of a variety of calls we need someone that has experience with making/receiving calls and is confident on the phones.
- **An eye for detail - **This is important for us as the little details sometimes make the biggest difference.
- **Advanced typing skills**:
- with current knowledge and understanding of Apple/MAC operating systems and who is also confident with programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- **Confidence in working within a small team environment. **This is a must We are searching for a happy person who wants to help us take on the world. We need someone who loves to brain-storm and contribute ideas that will help us grow. We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn new skills.
Please note: a minimum of 2 years of office reception is required. Sales experience is preferred.
Receptionist/Office Allrounder
Duties will include:
- Answering/making phone calls
- Managing customer reservations
- Social media updates
- Data entry
- Filing & other office organisation
- Contributing ideas to the team
- Greeting customers & guests at the office
Position is for 1-2 days per week (business days 09:00am - 5:30pm) - days can vary between Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 9-18 per week
**Salary**: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
