Responsibilities Legal Practice Leadership: Manage a portfolio of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and alternative dispute resolution.Court Representation: Appear in directions hearings, mediations, conciliation conferences, and other legal proceedings.Document Preparation: Draft and review court documents, Consent Orders, Financial Agreements, and Child Support Agreements with exceptional attention to detail.Dispute Resolution: Lead mediations and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers, fostering their professional development and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-admission experience (PAE) in Family Law, preferably gained at a respected Sydney-based firm.Ambitious & Career-Driven: You have a passion for family law and the ambition to take your career to the next level in a leadership role.Collaborative & Detail-Oriented: Thrives in a supportive team, with a meticulous approach to casework and client outcomes.Qualified: Holds a Full Practice Certificate and is ready to assume full responsibility for the legal side of the practice while focusing on client success.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Enjoys the opportunity to build and grow a successful practice with significant profit-sharing potential.
