Overview
Gold Coast Hospital Foundation is the official charity for Gold Coast Health. As a locally-based community organisation, we raise funds to support patients and their families by delivering local health programs and projects. Our purpose is to relieve medical hardship caused by illness, injury or disability while supporting the incredible patient care provided by Gold Coast Health medical professionals.
We fund and deliver vital equipment and services to improve patient experience, including:
Emergency Accommodation
Purchasing medical equipment and aids
Improving hospital facilities and patient spaces
Providing scholarships for Gold Coast Health staff

Join a small, friendly team making a big impact from our prime location at Gold Coast University Hospital. We value collaboration, flexibility, and celebrating wins together – with one day a week WFH, regular social catch-ups, and a culture that genuinely supports each other's success.
The Foundation has an ambitious strategic plan which relies upon fundraising growth to deliver programs that positively impact patients and their families. If you are passionate about helping patients and their families overcome medical hardship, then this is your chance to shine as an integral part of a small and vibrant team.
We are looking for motivated fundraising and partnerships professionals to fill multiple vacancies, available at full time and 0.8 appointments. If you have any of the below experience or interest areas, we'd love to hear from you.
Crafting compelling donor journeys, especially within regular giving
Database coordination and donor data analytics/reporting (especially Salesforce)
Relationship or account management, with experience delivering high-value donor/partner engagement and stewardship
Community fundraising and peer-to-peer campaigns
