Facilities Lead
Work closely with the National Facilities Team Lead to deliver industry-leading uptime, service, and budget outcomes.
What is the role?
Coaching a field team that provides simplified, purposeful insights to our Field Operations & Store teams.
Liaising with contractors to deliver excellence through service and performance KPIs.
Championing continual improvement and detailed delivery, building on our current success as a leading national convenience retailer.
Working within Central Operations as a strong influencer and expert communicator.
Optimising spend and embracing data insights to improve efficiency.
Leading a team with a focus on professional development and high performance.
Working tactically and strategically to meet priorities.
About you
Proven management and delivery of a significant facilities budget.
Excellent problem-solving, solution design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Passionate about operational excellence and customer experience.
Deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
Experience in Fuel, Food, or Convenience sectors is preferred but not essential.
We seek someone passionate about retail facilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and committed to stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
