**As a Trainer, you will be responsible for**:

- Deliver training to international students in any one of these following training packages:

- Graduate Diploma of Management - learning (BSB80120)
- Develop session plans
- Assess student competency and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Work within with the student-centred ASQA compliance framework
- Maintain all relevant student records and administration
- Contribute to content development
- Involvement in validation and moderation programs on a regular basis
- Graduate Diploma of Management - learning (BSB80120) o**r**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Significant work experience in relevant industry
- completed VET and Industry PD
- Ongoing commitment to professional development
- Minimum 2 years of vocational education and training experience is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proficient in using computers; able to learn and understand how to use new software/programs at a basic level
- Team Player with an ability to mix well with others and satisfactorily carry out tasks in liaison with colleagues
- Have full Australian working rights
