**About the role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Membership Consultant. You will be responsible for successfully assisting the Club Manager in handling the general day to day running of the gym.

As a membership consultant, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day to day operations of the club. From making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step into our club, genuinely caring about our members health and fitness journey, and maintaining the operations of the club. Approximately 15-20 hours a week.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
- Calling potential members
- Servicing potential, new, and current members
- Meeting team targets and continually striving to improve
- Building rapport and generating leads for the Personal Trainers
- Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members
- Assist the club manager

**About you**:

- Proven experience in Customer Service role
- Have a passion for health & fitness
- Dynamic, a great communicator
- An overall peoples person
- Energetic, self motivated & driven
- Confident & well presented

**Work Hours**:
Monday - Thursday: 3pm-7pm
Saturday work required

**Need to have**:

- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
- Certificate III & IV (not essential but desirable)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
