Position Summary

Anytime Fitness Harpley is looking for a full-time Membership Consultant to join our team of experts.

As a Membership Consultant, you play an integral role in member engagement and daily club operations. Your responsibilities include welcoming members, caring about their health and fitness journey, and maintaining club operations. You will work closely with the Club Manager to develop your skills and contribute to our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operational daily
  • Call potential members
  • Service potential, new, and current members
  • Meet team targets and strive for continual improvement
  • Build rapport and generate leads for Personal Trainers
  • Create a fun and enjoyable environment for the team and members
  • Assist the Club Manager
Qualifications and Experience
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow
  • Proactive in offering feedback and ideas
  • Take initiative and responsibility
  • Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others
  • Availability in mornings and evenings
  • Training and development opportunities
