To continue the company success story and to ensure sustainable growth we are looking for experienced and results driven professional with a proven track record of successfully managing medium - large scale operations, skilled in strategic planning, process optimisation and team leadership, committed to driving efficiency, productivity and profitability to join our Sydney-based team.

**Your responsibilities**- Lead and oversee all aspects of operations of the subsidiary, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products/services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise operations, enhance productivity and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve process efficiency, and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track operational performance, identify areas of improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of operation professionals providing guidance, support and coaching to foster a high performing and motivated team.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational budgets ensuring financial targets.

**Your profile**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their full potential.
- Operational/Logistics experience in construction services environment
- Proven experience in senior operations management role, with a focus on driving efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying operational gaps and implementing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
