**About the Opportunity**

Questas Group has developed a new position that will play a leading role in the integration of acquisitions into our business.

Located in our brand-new modern office in Norwest, in this role you will work with key stakeholders across multiple workstreams to achieve business integration objectives, reducing risk, facilitating reporting and extracting value from the investment thesis.

You will support the delivery of internal reporting, ensuring business value drivers are clear and provide insights to the business.

You will also assist the Group Finance team with the annual Group Budget process and perform regular re-forecasting throughout the year as well as providing detailed M&A finance modelling support.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience with M&A, FP&A, the integration of acquisitions as well as a high level of commercial acumen.
- This experience will be complemented by the following skills and attributes:_
- Strong finance system, group budget and forecast skills including integration of different systems to facilitate reporting.
- BI systems knowledge.
- Able to analyse business value drivers and provide commercial business insights.
- Project Management and organisational skills.
- Strong change management skills.
- A CA or CPA qualification is desirable but not essential.
